S7-WinCC supplement BST blocks

Existing BST blocks for STEP 7 and WinCC enable the user to utilize various automation functions or to use these blocks as templates for the configuration of individual blocks. Overview blocks and example:

  

The BST library includes:

  • BST_DIGITAL FB650 Visualization and operator control of digital signals.
  • BST_ANALOG FB640 Visualization and operator control of analog signals.
  • BST_COUNT FB654 Numerical rectangle integrator, e.g. simulation of a filllevel (without faceplate).

CVALVE

This block is used for visualization and control of a positioner with analog actual position and control signal.

PVALVE

This block is used for visualization and control of a positioner with analog actual position and control signal and built-in PID controller for controlling position of the valve. For calculating the variables the block uses the standard block “CONT_C” from the CFC Library. The block offers the same functions as the CVALVE.

1SMOT

This block is used for visualization and control of a motor with fixed speed and fixed rotation direction and the current measurement.

2SMOT

This block is used for visualization and control of a motor with two speeds and fixed rotation direction and the current measurement.

CYLHYD

This block is used for visualization and control of a hydraulic cylinders.

BST_CYLHYD

CONSOLE blocks

Push button, lamp, selection switch, analog and digital joysticks.
